Checks that value is greater than another value or issue error.
Syntax
mustBeGreaterThan(var, c)
mustBeGreaterThan(var, c, argPosition)

Input argument
var - a variable: logical or numeric array.
c - a variable: scalar numeric value.
argPosition - a positive integer value: Position of input argument.
