Checks that input is numeric or logical.
Syntax
mustBeNumericOrLogical(var)
mustBeNumericOrLogical(var, argPosition)

Input argument
var - a variable.
argPosition - a positive integer value: Position of input argument.
Description
mustBeNumericOrLogical checks that value is numeric or logical otherwise raise an error.
